Billing Questions and Disputes?
If you have a question or a dispute with your Rensselaer department telephone bill please contact Nancy Williams at ext. 6609 by e-mail willin@rpi.edu or send a fax to 518-276-3000 with the following information.
- Problem with the bill, (example different account number, wrong name)
- Department contact name and phone number
- Department name
- Building and room number
- Account number to be charged
- Description of what type of correction needs to be done
