How to Record Your Alternate Greeting (formely extended greeting)
The Voice Mail system telephone number is 518-276-6006 or ext. 6006. After you have setup your mailbox you can dial into the voice mail system by pressing *5 or by pressing your Intemail button.

Go back into your mailbox by pressing *5 or the Intemail button.

Press 4 for setup options

Press 1 to greetings

Press 3 to edit other greetings

Press 3 to edit alternate greetings

Press 1 to record greeting

Record greeting at tone

Press #

Press 3 to turn on

To turn off your alternate greeting go back into mailbox by pressing *5 or the Intemail button and press 2. Your alternate greeting is now off.

Please remember that once your alternate greeting has been record you will need only to modify it for your new greeting by following the same steps above.
